Dr. Jannette Heere, VMD
Lead VMD
Dr. Heere is from Harmony Twp. She attended University of Pennsylvania. She has two children. Her hobbies include shooting pool, crafting, and pokemon go. She went to West Virginia Wesleyan College, then worked for the University of Pittsburgh, before returning to school at Duquesne for her master’s in molecular biology. She attended veterinary school at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated in 2003. After spending 10 years in Philadelphia, Dr. Heere returned to the area in 2010. Dr. Heere enjoys all aspects of general practice, especially the joy that pets bring to their people!
J. Patlola, DVM
Owner, DVM
Dr. JJ is a very dedicated and brilliant veterinarian in our team. He completed his D.V.M in 2004. He did his Masters in Dept of Animal Science, at University of Vermont. During his masters, he did research work on the effect of vaccination on the immune status of neonates. His recommendations are very useful in the field. Dr. J.J sharpened his skills using state of art cutting-edge techniques. He is an avid reader.
He has a special interest in soft tissue surgeries, dermatology, and cardiology.
Kymberlee
Receptionist/ Veterinary Assistant
Kym grew up near Ellwood and graduated from Riverside in 2015. She has been passionate about animals since a very young age. Kym has 2 dogs. A Great Dane/Boxer mix named Ebony and a Pittie mix named Pearl. She also has 7 cats, Cookie, Polly, Bandit, Mavi, Keanu, Chex and Poe. Kym enjoys spending time with friends and crafting to music in her free time.
Helena
Veterinary Assistant
Lena’s love for all animals growing up as well as passion for helping others has led her to this position as a veterinary assistant at Creekside. Lena graduated from Ohio University in 2023 with a BS in Journalism/Writing, having followed another one of her passions, and continues to write creatively in her free time. Lena lives with her four cats Maxine, Cassiopeia, Sir Lawrence, and Mayhem, as well as her two fish tanks and her partner’s king-corn snake, Danger Noodle, and dotes on her dog-niece Maizey as often as she can. With the goal of someday soon attending tech school to further her education, Lena hopes to continue working with her passions within the veterinary field.
Linsey
Practice Manager -Certified Veterinary Technician
Linsey grew up on her family’s farm in Portersville, PA. She has had a strong love and passion for helping animals from a very young age. She started her career in 2019 as a veterinary assistant. Linsey then attended and graduated from VTI in Pittsburgh in February 2022, and is now a Certified Veterinary Technician. Linsey joined our team when we opened in 2024. Linsey is passionate about preventative medicine and is excited to give your furry friend the healthiest life possible. Linsey has two Pitbulls at home; Gunnar and Maze; a mixed breed, Rooster; and five cats; Dwight, Bashful, Cruella, Bunny, and Walter. Outside of the vet hospital she enjoys traveling with her friends and trying new coffee shops.
